Our recipes, our standards: single or limited ingredient, no additives, no preservatives. Most of what's here is hand-mixed and dehydrated in small batches at our kitchen on Boston Fish Pier — don't mind the fish aroma. The rest is made to the same recipes and held to the same bar. All of it sits on the shelves in our 11 New England shops.
