Can I change or cancel my order?

What is the Polkadog Family?
We thought you’d never ask! It’s our loyalty program that allows you to earn points and unlock rewards online or at your local Polkadog Bakery store. Learn more here.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and accept returns and exchanges in many cases. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full terms.
How many treats can my pup have?
This depends on a number of factors, including breed, weight, and exercise level — so we don’t provide specific serving size recommendations. However, all treats (for humans or dogs) are best enjoyed in moderation. Many vets subscribe to “The 10% Rule,” which means treats should make up no more than about 10% of your dog’s daily calories.
Are all Polkadog treats made in the USA?
Yes! We take pride in making all of our Polkadog-branded treats at our kitchen on Boston Fish Pier. That said, some items in our stores like chews, toys, and accessories are from other countries of origin.
What’s the difference between Polkadog and Polkadog Bakery?
Good question! We make our gourmet treats like Cod Skins, Wonder Nuggets, and Salmon Chips under the brand name “Polkadog.”
“Polkadog Bakery” refers to our seven pet boutiques located in the Greater Boston area.
When will my order ship?
