The cod we use to make these cod skins for dogs is caught wild in season by fishermen on small boats in Alaska. We hand-roll and slowly dehydrate each skin in our Boston kitchen to create these crunchy, savory, healthy cod skin treats.

My dogs love the Polkadog Cod Skin treats. They are crunchy, smell clean, and are easy to break into pieces. My dogs get excited every time I open the bag.
These treats are made with simple ingredients, are grain-free, and are a healthy option I feel good about giving them. I will definitely buy these again.

Our two senior havapoos Trixie and Biscuit love their cod skins. They look forward to them for dessert after breakfast and dinner, after ‘going outside’ and before we leave them alone at home. We break them into 2-3” pieces and keep them in a large vase by the door. We like the long sticks better than the shorties because there’re more sticks’ and fewer crumbs. We buy the large bulk bags on subscriptions for the best savings. Sometimes a batch has a flimsy texture or loose twist that makes them hard to break and eat because they bend and don’t snap or crunch… but the next order is usually back to its normal great quality. Customer service has been awesome too. Friends and family always look forward to a bundle of cod skins tied with a ribbon whenever we visit. We are so grateful for the cod skins and Polkadog!
