2.5 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup All Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1/4 Cup Molasses
1 Tbsp. of Water
1. Preheat Oven to 350°F
2. Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl: All Purpose Flour, Rolled Oats, Cinnamon and Peanut Butter. In another mid-size bowl mix Canola Oil, Molasses, Eggs and Water. Use a wooden spoon to add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix with spoon.
3. Pull out the dough and knead on a floured surface, adding more flour as needed. Roll dough out to approximately 1/4” thickness. Cut out shapes with floured cookie cutter.
4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Makes approximately 24 mid-size treats.
