What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Coach, motivate, and assist team members to achieve store goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest feels welcome
• Engage customers with product knowledge and drive sales through suggestive selling
• Accurately manage cash and credit transactions
• Maintain store appearance (cleaning, stocking, and merchandising)
• Assist with weekly product deliveries and backroom organization (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.)
• Help plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events
