The Huxley & Kent Dog Party Hat brings a fun and festive look to your party pals! Hat is covered in Superstars. The top and bottom edges have fluffy fringe to really perk it up. Party Hats feature SnugFit, which includes two sets of stretchy elastic bands for comfort and stability. They feature a sliding toggle to adjust snuggly under the pets chin and the elastic bands run in front and back of the pets ear to keep the hat in place.

      Cutest Hat Ever!

      My very large Catahoola mix LOVES party hat! He will keep it on for as long as I want, and it is hysterical. Today is his birthday, and I just visited the store to buy more goodies for him and his sister, Maizie, whose birthday is also today!
