My only wish would be that the site was more user friendly. Trying to place a new order was so difficult that, by not searching thru 500 email's in my 2 e mail accounts, I asnt able to locate this original order. Tried Chat but it wasn't functioning. In the end after multiple attempts, i gave up. We'd already driven to the closest retail store the prior Friday, the site was froze, the payment machine froze but they only had 1can in stock. We'd need to place a Special Order and in a borrowed car, we're out of time. Reluctantly, I ad to used another vendor, my dog is sick and I'm desperate.
