Store Manager APPLY NOW
We're looking for energetic and driven people to manage our retail stores. The primary responsibility is ensuring every customer has a phenomenal experience. You'll also manage ordering, merchandising, a team of Sales Associates, scheduling, and all other daily store operations You'll learn a ton about running a business.
We currently have 8 store locations: South End, Jamaica Plain, Lynnfield, Chestnut Hill, North End, Seaport, Hingham, and Dedham.

Job Responsibilities
- Customer service excellence.
- Give support and guidance to team members.
- Delegate tasks to team members and provide resources to aid in the completion of tasks.
- Build out a schedule for your team.
- Place and receive purchase orders on a weekly basis.
- Maintain proper inventory of store.
- Maintain a welcoming appearance of store through merchandising efforts, cleanliness and organization.
- Make bi-weekly bank deposits and make change for the register.
- Hold regular team meetings in store.
- Team member recognition.
- Build and sustain a strong connection with the community.
