We love working with like-minded folks in our own backyard. With Walden Local Meat, Polkadog is making sustainable, single-ingredient, locally sourced, grain-free bones and healthy dog treats. Walden makes local work partnering with small farms instead of factory farms to produce 100% grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, chicken, and lamb here in New England and New York. We dehydrate these ingredients at our Boston kitchen into nutritiously delicious jerky treats.
Every evening, after she has "done her business" she gets s treat as a reward. When we get back inside, she runs directly to the cupboard, where she knows I keep her Polkadog Treats. She jumps up and down until she gets a piece!

You have to smash them into smaller pieces but all of my 4 cats love these treats. No carbs at all which my vet loves. The healthiest treats I know

We first got Polkadog treats on our vacation to Boston. We brought treats home for our dog and he loved them. We we were so excited to order online and now every time I walk near the cupboard where I keep his treats he comes running. I really like that the jerky treats are crunchy not chewy.

My picky doodle loves it
I use it as a high value treat to motivate my doodle to do things that she really does not like. for example putting on her harness or giving the forbidden human slipper. The jerky also works great when I train her to be quiet since it takes a while for her to chew and savor the taste.
