Polkadogbakery ships most orders from our South Boston or Shawmut Avenue locations via UPS Ground. Shipping is prepaid and added to the invoice. At this time, we only ship to the United States, U.S. possessions, and Canada. Shipments outside the continental U.S. may be shipped via Parcel Post instead. Complete street addresses are required for all shipments; UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes.

Any product, which is found to be unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, or has been received damaged or unusable may be eligible for replacement, a store credit, or refund at our option, depending on the circumstances involved.
